It isn't.. I've read Carroll Smith's book "Tune To Win". I am also an aircraft engineer on the F-35...
I'm going to let you in on a secret... The person who originally mentioned Carroll Smith's book has forgotten more about suspensions than everyone you know knows put together. You might want to not assume that you know everything and everyone else is an idiot.
