Wiper assembly behind dash

I have an issue with noisy scratching gears and components of my wiper assembly behind the dash. I need a photo of the more recent (2017/2018) Backdraft wiper motor assembly showing the threaded rods and the direction of the arms in rest/off position. Do not want to remove the whole dash, but I just manage to squeeze myself and an arm in from below...

I dropped the dash a few months ago. I took a picture... but I can't remember what the picture was able to capture... maybe we'll get lucky... let me look for the pic...

Whelp... I can't find it... although I CAN find a pic I took during reassembly... but the dash was already in, so it wouldn't help. I must've deleted the pic of the dropped dash. Close... but no cigar.

I'd PM FredG. He just replaced his dash and steering and may have a few pics.
