Not sure if you have tabs holding the extensions but if not you may want to consider them. Also are they louder than stock I have stock ones and I wish they were louder I know others would disagree but I like loud pipes.I have to say though they look great!

Be sure to put some sort of rear support towards the end of the side pipe, they will like it and in turn last longer for you.

They are actually quieter than stock i got the touring model

yea i have the supplied mounts on but think the rubbers where to soft, so i got a stiffer set.

Vintage motorsports sells side pipes as well with different size muffler core. I have a 3" core from them and they are considerably louder than stock. They also sell a 2.5" core.

I will be trying the old shields later and they are alot quieter in car but sound the same out side the car hope this helps

That sounds great, is it a solid lifter cam? What is your compression ratio?

10.0:1 2.02” Intake 1.60” Exhaust with roller cam Roush built Corrected by VMS .sorry for late reply i been busy at work lately .

Hi All , I have a 2022 Backdraft with a 427 Chevy. My mate bought exact same and we both have the most annoying rattling from the side pipes on deceleration and just above idle , not only is it anoying but embarrasing .
Anyone figure out a solution or alternative pipe that has removed this sound?
