Might as well get used to it. I manage to burn, cut, bruise, or otherwise inflict bodily harm upon myself about every third time I drive or work on my BDR. Yep I'm clumsy and a slow learner. But the fun far outweighs the pain. No way I'd stop driving/fixing this car!
The 500 miles will go quick--enjoy! (Start budgeting for rear tires).
