I suspect that you would be very happy with either motor.
65 Hp and 80 TQ weighed against better gas mpg.
If you drive a lot of miles in the car go with the 342R.
If you don't, and REALLY want to light off the tires at any time go with the 402R. But as Dennis Miller says", that's just my opinion.
