want to convert a 302 to a 392 stroker

OK all you BDR folks, I want more power. What all would I need to switch to a 392 stroker?
headers?...will they fit into the 302 slip fit side pipes? Motor mounts...same or new? Bellhousing? Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate? Can I use the T5? any question I missed?
