Yes it does, but be very careful with the plumbing. Many people here have managed to get their hoses crossed. After you get your cooler installed be sure and pull your distributor and take a drill motor to turn your oil pump counterclockwise before you ever start your engine to be sure you have proper oiling.
You may want to put a bypass in your cooler lines as well.
