Default wiring question

I know I should have labeled everthing but didn't, can't find the home for the open ended wire, 2 wires in the pic, one goes to the oil sending unit, the other goes to ??????

I think those wires are for oil pressure and oil temp.

horse-shoe end to oil presure. then start your car and see what works or
not.

Flat spade connector on white / green wire should be for the VDO oil temp. sending unit. Mine is mounted on the same port the oil pressure sending unit is located.

btw, the open connection is black with red
and the other is white with green

it might be for temp sending unit in the block unless you have a mechanicel gauge.

FST FOx- The VDO Oil temp send unit could be screwed into one of the spare ports near the oil pressure sending unit. The Oil temp does not have a male spade fitting it has a tip that comes out of the gauge. the connector fits onto it sideways.
