I tried an experiment , I bumped into an officer in our local Starbucks, and asked him a trivia question - sooo "if you pull up a registration " and you get back the manufacturer SPCNS , what is it >?

-- They dont know. --

I know the officer referenced and he explained that they get just about NO training on stuff like this.

I wonder if they would accept private civilian training -- I could recycle my SB100 PDF
