June 12 Breakfast
Well, the nice weather is still here and Saturday is coming up. Who is up for breakfast Saturday?? I am open for suggestion! I know Doug mention Scotts Valley which would be fine with me if he has a suggestion for a breakfast spot. Alice's is always good.

Mollies cafe is usually pretty good and just down the street from Canepa.

I know that a group of people went to the Heavenly Cafe in Scotts Valley after the BACC end of Summer run a couple of years ago. I've never been.

Maybe Dangerous Doug and John (Scotts Valley residents) will weigh in here. I'll send them an email.

I just got an email from John saying that the Capitola Rod and Custom Car show is going on this weekend. Canepa design is listed as an attendee, so I'm not sure if the showroom and museum will be open.
http://www.capitolacarshow.com/
I can give Canepa a call tomorrow to see if they'll be open on Saturday.

Dave, have you ever thought about buying/renting/borrowing a trailer and tow vehicle?
I ask, 'cause I drove my SPF to T-Hill the first time I ran there. That was it! Soon there after I bought a trailer and tow rig.
Have fun,
Randy...

I called Canepa and the showroom and museum will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday.
Mollie's Cafe is right down the street from Canepa. Does 8:30 am at Mollies work for everyone?

Works for me.
Let me know if anyone wants to meet up for the drive over. Starbucks on Bascom and 85 is a good spot!

Doug/John,
We could always take a run down to 41st Avenue to check out the Saturday Hot Rod get together, and then head back to Scotts Valley around 8:15 am.
Let me know what you think.

I may make it to 41st. Tentatively meet first down there, then cruise up to SV for Mollies?
DD
I guess I better start cleaning my Cobra....

Sounds good. Do you want to plan on meeting at 41st Ave at around 7:30 - 7:45, then head over to Mollies by 8:15? I think they get together at about 7:00 am, but I'm not sure how long people hang out...never been.
Shoot me an email if that doesn't work for you.

The current plan is to stop by Canepa after breakfast at Mollies in Scotts Valley.
Parking close to the car show is impossible, unless you show up at 8:00 am and feed the meters. Best to pass on that unless you take the daily driver down there.
