				 SB 100 Registration Finished Today!!!!
I just finished up my visit to the Sacramento Arco Arena BAR station. The people were great, they had some computer problems and I spent almost 2 hours getting out of the BAR station. BUT I GOT THE STICKER AND PAPER WORK!!!!
My appointment was for 3:10 PM, but actually I got in at 2:30 and it was beginning to cloud up then and as I left at 4:15 PM it was beginning to sprinkle rain. I got soaked before reaching Vacaville at dark. I guess it is a small price to pay. I will visit DMV Tuesday next week with all papers, certificates in hand and should walk out a California SB 100 registered kit Cobra owner. SB 100 is time consuming, expensive, and confusing, but it is done. Once again thanks to all who have helped.

I will start another thread on my insurance experience.

Thanks Lew for the info. I may see you at the Athens next Saturday or the following Saturday.

I won't be to Athens this Saturday. I'm going up to Thunderhill for the NorCal racing Club's open track. My first time. I have over 1900 miles on my SPF in less than 3 weeks since I took delivery. I was going to wait until the spring. But I got the bug. I will be at Athens on the 23th.

Cobra Chuck, I went with AAA. All my vehicles (except the Harley) are with them, Cost me $630/year full coverage. All done on the phone, they never saw the car. I did call them in advance before I bought my kit to see if they covered Kit cars.Johnbgood

 | I know about the miles and the bug. I have got it. I took the pink, gray and black snake out for a little cruise this afternoon before I started more block sanding and filler work. I have 189 miles on it most in the last two weeks. Once painted look out. Thunderhill is my favorite track. Have a blast at Thunderhill.

I was with AAA about 30 years ago, I was rear ended and had parking lot door panel damage in one year both were uninsured they doubled my premium the following year. I switched to State Farm the following year. $600 a year is great, maybe I ought to shop out all of my insurance. Thanks for the feed back. Will you be at Sears Point on the 23rd or 24th doing the FFR thing?
