Go back and look at the latest amended version of SB-708 and you will see that the revision to allow cars 30 years old or older and not driven over 12,000 miles per year was crossed out. The latest amended version is a nightmare to read and you have to get all of the other penal code and health and safety code sections mentioned in it to even try and guess just where it is going now. The only safe way is to have it voted down.
