I just finished my registration process and picked up my new plates today. Does anyone know how SB100 works from here on out? That is, I know it now has a 1965 smog exemption but will I need to go to a referee station every 2 years when I get my renewel notice or will my registration never ask for a smog certificate? Just curious how it might work.
