Be careful about signing a medical release. My wife got smacked (in the rear

) and was pushed under a school bus. She was sore for a week or so but eight years later she had to have major neck surgery. C- 4,5 C-5,6 and C- 6,7 fused. It cost me a bloody fortune (I could have bought a Kirkham) because of an insurance snafu.
