Carbureted?
If it's carbureted, I'd call Joe Testa at Mustang Ranch. 408-247-9005 x12
Dynojet 248, plenty of experience, I personally tuned over 1500 cars through his shop. Not fancy, not immaculate, not incredibly cheap, but they are a very good resource and have plenty of carb/dyno experience.
If it's EFI, that's harder.

Well I spent the morning over at Mustang Ranch. Great bunch of guys, thanks Byron for the recommendation.
My motor is a Roush 427W with dual plane manifold and a 4bbl. Motor was 531hp and 525tq on the engine stand at Roush.
Final numbers at the wheels after rejetting 422hp and 439tq. The AF was almost spot on above 4k RPM when we started but it was lean below that. After some tuning by Joe it's running much better, and picked up 20ft-lbs of torque.
Definetely not cheap, but I'm very glad to know the motor is safe and no longer lean.
Interestingly the numbers I got seem a lot lower than Scott Performance Dastek Dyno, but very much in line with the traditional 20% loss formula. In any case if anyone else is looking to have their car tuned on the chassis dyno these guys seemed very knowledgable.

Daryl,
I'm curious, Tom and eds motors are also Roush 427w motors and were around 550hp on the stand. according to those numbers you are where you should be as they were around 460 at the wheels. I was 540 0n the stand and 427 at the wheels.

Greg,
Have you been hiding at the Historics? I am still thinking about that A/F meter. Maybe I should but it then rent it out.

Scott,
Are you thinking about an LM-1 A/F meter? I have had mine for a while.......nothing like logging real time A/F numbers with real time driving situations. Let me know if you have any questions.
