Dan Lawson FFR Spec racer was in fatal accident at Buttonwillow.
A friend call me this morning and tell me Dan Lawson was killed at Button Willow. Dan lived in Sunnyvale and was instrumental in the kicking off the FFR Spec Series here on the West Coast.
I met him one day at Thunderhill and had the opportunity to spend the day with him and some other Spec Racers. By the time the day was over he was my new best friend. Really a great guy. what a tragedy!
