Great day - no mishaps for our group, good weather, great people. Thanks to all who attended - it's the people that make it all so fun.

				 Thanks Tom
Thanks Tom and everyone for letting me tag along with you guys. I met some new folks and visited with some I hadn’t seen since the Bash. It was nice to see several of you guys wearing your WSCB caps.
I am more familiar with the NorCal group but it seems like we should try to get both Bay Area and the Sac group together next year at some point. I have a few ideas.

I had a good time and thanks again, John

Looks like a great time. Wish I could have been there. With the weather cooling down now... its the prime time of the year to be driving. Post some more pictures you guys!

My wife and I had a wonderful time. THANKS TOM!
Here are a few pics that she took:

Thanks for doing another fine job. Tom. I appreciate all the gas stations available along the route. I can hardly wait 'til next year. This was my friend Barbara's first ride in the beast and she now appreciates all the midnight oil I've burned while tinkering with my machine. She thinks we are a very nice group (she's easily amused). Rich |

Rich, Now I know why you looked so fine in your blue jacket and shirt.
Chris, I assume your gas adventure turned out OK?

Scott, Did you finally find a gas can?

John, Your JBL is really, really nice. That would be a great get together, SAC and BACC.

Tom Howland, Thanks, yes that car is a real work in progress. I don't usually wonder from home alone very far but the trip to Bodega to meet up with you guys was my farthest solo trip yet. No issues and nice roads going in and out of Bodega.
Randy & Scooter, Thanks for posting the great pics.

 John

No problem Chris. We are glad to help. Atleast you have a nice new gas can.
Man what a ride back through San Francisco. I took Danette and I about an hour to make it through 19th st. I think next time I will cut over on 580 to 80.

 | We had the same problem - it was stop'n go from the Presideo to Brotherhood Way. Not doing that again... Next time, we'll just take 680. I'm sure that Chris is happy that we didn't decide to take 680 instead... |

 Tom,
Yes, my gas adventure turned out okay thanks to Scott and Danette. Thank you Scott.

And I've now managed to confirm that my alleged 19+ gallon fuel tank is in fact only 17.5 gallons. I had always wondered how far I could drive after the gauge hit "E". Answer: not very far. lol.

 Randy,
It's always nice to have friends that'll help out in a pinch but Scott tells me I probably could have thrown a rock and hit the gas station that was just around the next corner.

Traffic going my way wasn't bad other than a minor slow down at the 580/80 split.

We had a great time also. It looked like it was going to be cold and crummy the whole day, but it sure did turn out nice.
We saw everyone on the side of the road at the 101 connection but there was already 10 of you so instead of causing more traffic mayhem and the fact that all I carried was a pair of pliers, a screw driver and a AAA card, there wasn't much we could do but cause an accident.

Glad to see you guys got everything taken care of.

Great job Tom. We're looking forward to next year.

What great pictures from Randy and Scott - thanks for filling in the blanks. Here are some more of mine (with Randy's help).
Chris - sorry to hear about the small fuel tank - it is good to travel with so many friends! We too were stuck in SF traffic even though we stayed in Sonoma for a while longer. Good thing to remember for next year. Thanks again to all of you who attended making this possible - sorry we missed the others - thank you to those who showed our colors at Lewis' memorial.
