oil leak ?

I noticed there is a few oil dropped on the floor, (not much) I just have the car less then a month, although it's not a brand new car, but the car only 3 years old and has 6K miles on the clock,

does the nuts and bolts on this car need to be tighten from time to time, I have not jack-up the car and check for leak yet.

I also notice the oil pressure only at 35-40 when idle, car ran about 10 minutes, after 5 hrs later when the car is cool down I checked the dip stick and it above the "add" mark a bit, does it look like low oil?

BTW, what type of oil do you use for this car?
