Snake's registrations are going well, I suggest booking your rooms now if you are thinking of going.
I'll provide more updates next week (after Cobra's to the Coast '08)
see ya,
Mike

Hoping the wife didn't plan something that weekend! Want to go real bad this time, if for no other reason than to bring some 100% Agave Anejos (can't find the ~ above the N).

Tony,
As a President it is your right to organize any function you desire. If you make the arrangements I'm sure there will be folks that are interested in attending
Thanks,
Mike

Mike:
The use of the keyword "Cobras" didn't seem to be effective during the reservation as far as I can tell. Are the block of rooms used up? I've tried calling but after a few minutes, I hung up.
I put the word "Cobras" (and COBRAS) for the "Promotion Code" but it indicates there is no rate plan.
Am I doing something wrong or are the blocks for BACC rooms filled already?

The keyword wouldn't work for me, either. I called them in the early AM and they picked right up and gave me the discounted rate.

Yes, phone call did the trick. Much better than even my CSAA rate. Wife is coming along!

Keyword (Cobras) is only for phone reservations. Sorry for the confusion.

Being the plan is to leave the rock house at 8:00 or 8:15am, we can meet at the Starbucks on Calaveras in Milpitas around 7. That should put us at the Rock by 7:45.

I can't make Starbucks; we have to drop off the kids at a neighbors first. We'll probably get to RH by 8:00AM, hopefully.

Chuck,
I think we should meet at the Rock House. That way we can BS there for a few before we leave.

Where is the Rock House?
In case I'm able to make it there, can some give me the address of the rock house? Thanks.
