3/14/09 Open House at Performance Art in Gilroy
Performance Art in Gilroy is having an open house from 9:00 am to Noon on Saturday, March 14th.http://www.performanceartonline.com/index.html#
Performance Art
5755-B Rossi Lane
Gilroy, CA 95020

Kevin Patten, the General Manager at Performance Art asked me to pass on a invitation to all BACC members. Kevin was with Custom Alignment in Mt. View for 9 years before joining Performance art.

Kevin mentioned that he has also invited the NOR-CAL Shelby Club, the NOR-CAL Pantera Club and the Vintage Mustang Owners Association. Weather permitting, they should have a good turn out.

BTW - I know Kevin from High School, but we had lost touch and hadn't been in communication for 25+ years. A fellow CC member went to Performance Art for an Alignment and corner balance last year and I put the connection together. We used to terrorize the streets of the South Bay in his 1965 Mustang, which was essentially a road race car for the street.

Are you going to check it out? I could stop by, but not for to long.

An update on the event ... contact Kevin via email below.
I will have a Dyno Dynamics dyno here at the Open House and we will be doing power pulls for $65.00 (three pulls) with a computer printout of HP and Torque. This will be limited to 5 vehicles. Anyone interested please sign up with me by e-mail (Kevin@PerformanceArtOnLine.com) by Friday March 13th.
 Thanks

Nelson - I hope to make it. Look forward to meeting you there.
Scott - I'm not sure how early I'm going to make it over the hill on Saturday. You'd probably need to be there right when the open house started at 9:00 to make it back to your 11:00 am.

 All,
There were four Cobras at Performance Art on Saturday. George, Nelson, Jerome, and another (Red Cobra). There were also about 10 Panteras as well and a total of about 50 people. It was a nice clean shop with the lastest tire and alignment equipment. They seem to be very focused on quaility service. You guys missed a nice ride down and back.

Hey guy's I missed it - out of town problem.
I have used Performance ART and they are extraordinary. They worked on my daily driver (528i) and it never behaved as well as it did when Kevin was done with it.

Great guys, even better service and Kevin knows his Cobra's.

 Ed
