Default Cobra/edelbrock spares in Bay Area

Hi All,

I'll be visiting the Bay area in early June & am interested in picking up some Edelbrock spares (500Carb & jets/needles/accessories) and also possibly some jack pads to replace my chrome bumperwork (fender !!) on my Cobra. Can anyone recommend a decent supplier/retailer in the SF/Bay area (or possibly slightly further south) for these sorts of things, particularly for the Edelbrock stuff ? I'm reasonably familiar with the area, I worked in the area a few years back.

Thanks

Dave

I go to "Goodies" in San Jose, though I cannot remember the address. Taking 280 South in San Jose, I take the Bird Avenue exit. You'll have to google it from there.

Also, the Kragens off of Union avenue near Camden avenue has a lot of performance stuff.

If you're in the mid-Peninsula, contact Henry Olson in Milbrae/San Bruno; he works out of Ole's Carburator & Electric (yes, it's probably the very few left in the Bay Area specifically working carubators only - no EFI.)

I always fax an order to Summit, to be delivered to my hotel/motel, before I leave Sweden. If I travel on a Friday I fax the order Monday or Tuesday and the package is usually already delivered when I check in.

It may be better to call Summit the first time to make sure that they don't hold the order because of some missing items.

It is also possible to drive to Summit in Sparks, NV and back in one day.

I always have a small scales with me to be able to squeeze in as much as possible in my bags.
