But, if you can't work or need lots of health care it is quite important for you to keep accurate records and have council now. Keep trying. I am surprized the vultures, sorry attorneys, were not perched at the end of your bed when you woke up in recovery. The contractor and the state of California are at fault. Pick a good one, back injuries never go away. Take your time recovering and don't let anyone push you. It's you back not theirs.
