Would double digit AM time (10 or 11) be any better for you to make the race over in Hanford?
Much earlier than 9AM and I'm not sure how anxious my passenger will be ready to get moving at that hour.

I would vote on 10:00 am, no later than 11:00. The earlier the better for me as long as its not 8 am......
