It was a rhetorical question. I will be forever grateful I don't live in California, and after several job offers, intend on keeping it that way.

They are letting car thieves out on a daily basis in California because of Jail overcrowding, there is one character in central California that has literally dozens of convictions that keeps getting released because it is not a violent
crime. I have a hard time understanding why these garbage bags are treated better than our military people, but that is California with their liberal policies in trade for votes. I think this might be the only place Sharia Law would be a good addition, cut off their hands.
