Needed Side Pipe Flange spacer
I need to space one of my side pipes out by .75 inches. The flange between the side pipe and the collector is the perfect place to put in a spacer. The flanges are 5.00 inches square and the tubing inside diameters are 1.875. The four tubes are spaced 2.125 center to center. Does anybody know where I can buy these flanges and gaskets? Thanks

I have made them before if you can't find them.

I can send you a CAD file of the gaskets that I made and you can have it made locally to you if you want.
Remember, spacing it will not only move it out but down also unless you have it machined at a slight angle.

HPCOBRA,
Just checking...is this a new build? are you sure; A. the headers are on the right side?
B: you have used the correct motor mounts and have them in correctly?
This problem making up or shortening the exhaust route a full 3/4" is usually a sign of one of the above?

I am doing a rebuild. The original builder was less then a craftsman! I can not explain why the one side is cut and welded short. A .75 spacer places the side pipe exactly where it should be. Right now the pipe is a little high and very close to the lower front fender. I loosened up everything and moved it out .75 inches. It looks like it belongs there

Hmmm,
OK, so it is a re-build. 'DV' (DoubleVenom Cobra) used a 3/4" spacer plate between the headers and the side pipes. The spacer plate was used to hold a "Bung" for an 02 sensor! ??
Second thought, your spacer plate does NOT need to have a "Four' Hole Pattern in it! Just a solid 3/4" plate cut/milled out to the outside size of the headers/collector.
Didn't know if that configuration or lack of it would allow the pipes to work properly???
A lot of professional testing, Three different Dyno's and the only thing for what ever reason was an in increase of 3 (Three) RWHP and the sound was awesome-for a Viper Engine!
Food for thought, hey? Both sides 'should be done the same'!

HPCOBRA: Check here. I believe this is what you want.
Good luck, Byron W

Where can I buy gaskets to fit these collectors or spacers?
Thanks,

Mike,
Hi-Heat orange/black permatex works great. No gaskets needed.
