My shoulder harness attaches to the hoop uprights. There are brackets attached to each side that hold the belt. The brackets would be death if I were rear ended and hit my head against one of them. On my list of changes to make. Thought I would use a cross bar that would at least be a blunt blow to the back of the head instead of a dull knife edge. There is no frame structure that I am aware of to connect to. Good post. I'll be curious what you find out.
