Default Cr roll bars remove

I am trying to remove my pair roll bars for chroming, have all the 7/16 bolts pulled off under the car, and they won't budge.
They will slightly move back and forth, the rear one turns, so it is loose. I have tried tapping on them with a block of wood, but nothing, have also put longer bolts in the bottom, and tapped on them, and won't pull up.
Any information, would be greatly appreciated, I guess I am missing something. Thanks, Neil

Found the problem, when they were installed, they silicone them to the frame? Man that stuff it tough, had to use a cherry picker to get them loose! Neil

With them out of the car would it be possible to post a couple of pictures please? Maybe some measurements. I am considering adding them to a CR kit car. Does anyone have input on potential sources?

Thanks!
