Default Heater

The heater in my car is controlled by switch only. There are no baffle or temp controls to speak of. The heater works best during this time of year when you would run it at its hottest setting anyway.

As 74proii said, mine has that too, one knob for fan speed, next to the same type knob to adjust temp, both Chevette piece's.

Mine is a full control panel with temp control, heater, defroster and vent selections as well as fan speed. Not a very attractive design much less period correct look. Am thinking about replacing or re-designing it with something with more of a period look

Why not look at these, scroll down about 3/4 of the page to "universal components" for better control options.

For "classic" early Mustang or more correctly, and simpler, or go for AC roots by using British control knobs such as from an MG
