Usually not the bolts themselves, just around the holes if that makes sense. I use Ford Racing graphite gaskets for both cast and aluminum heads zero leaks, around $60 U.S.
I'd have to look in Ford Catalog for them, I checked Ford Racing p/n : M-6051-S331.
