The Classic bolt in bar is like that and referred to as the cosmetic roll bar vs weld in. Not any kind of a put down.
Search roll bar in the CR II threads to see what I’m talking about
The 3”x 3” was added to all the cars DV and probably Don built according to an 02 post. There are plans for the bolt in bars in the roll bar threads.
It’s a safety thing so I relayed what the pros said
