Emerson Mods to CRII Frame

Anyone ever done some of the mods to their CRII frame that Bill did to his? I heard that he did something to the floors to lower the mounting of the seat that helped with head height.

As I recall to remove the crossbars that the seats bolt down to and weld a steel plate from the bottom of frame to the bottom of outboard frame by the doorsill cut and seal fiberglass and you are lower by a fair bit, bolt seats to the steel plate

I guess Bill also narrowed the frame around the transmission tunnel and it provides a ton more foot space.....
