Trunk release on a CR...opinions

The CR has no room for the traditional trunk handle, since the license plate goes to the bottom of the trunk lid.

Has anyone seen one mounted like this, from John Polings gallery? This is not a CR, but has the same license plate situation.

So.....Don Scott.....anyone.....what do you think of the looks of the handle below the trunk? or should i just go with a remote release?
