Default What seats to use

Well I was planning on running Kirkey vintage buckets in my CRII, but DV said that the 18" model I wanted to use would not fit without some major cutting.
Here's the seat....

Any suggestions on a seat that looks vintage and will bolt into a CRII?

Thanks,

Ed

Ed,

After riding in jdean's CR II a good bit one day I'd say his choice of Sube Cobra SS seats were very good. They were very comfortable and supportive.

Ed,
Good sugestion. I just took down the measurements, WIth SEAT ADJUSTERS- raising up the seats about 1/2" allowing the belts to fit properly- they look like the ticket needed.
If you order threse make sure you get the tracks! Besides nothing is more uncomfortable, especially for a big guy than fixed seats!

LOL

I was just going to call you and ask if I should order their tracks along with the seats. I'll get an order in today for 2 seats and tracks and have them dropped shipped to your place. The Kirkey will just end up converted into a nice desk chair for the garage

DV,

Seats and rails are ordered. They wouldn't let me drop ship to you. So when I get them, I'll just re-ship them to you. They mentioned that the adjuster lever on the rails might need to be shortened, just a heads up on that.

On a side note. I talked with Flaming River and they need a measurement for the steering column. He said from the firewall to the dash and add 3". So if you can get that to me, I'll order that and the push button starter kit from them today also.

Here we go!!!

Ed
