Completer Kit for Sale

I have a pair of tan vinyl seats for $125 plus shipping. (no seat tracks included and not the newer seats forwide butts). These seats were never used and I still have original plastic bags they came in.
Still have car complete except for engine and transmission. It is located in NJ. Due to the economy I have pretty much given up trying to sell it at a decent price for now.

Hi Wayne,

Are the seats you were selling still available? If so, could you post a pic or three? Might be interested.

Thanks, Dave

Do you have the body? I saw a yellow one in your garage. What all do you have? Call me at (402) 980-4573 if you prefer to talk over the phone.

I have the complete car less motor and trans for sale. It is painted PPG base coat/clear coat in Chrome Yellow, a Ford color.

thohawk 07-29-2009 04:51 PM

I also have a classic roadster kit, but I only have the rolling chassis. I don't have a body, so that is what I am looking for. Would you consider selling just the body? If so how much? I don't want 2 rolling chassis.

jersey427owner 07-29-2009 07:27 PM

What do you need besides the actual fiberglass body? Interior, w/s, lights, bumpers, etc?
Not sure I want to break it up but for right price I might consider it.

thohawk 07-30-2009 09:33 PM

Yes, I need the lights, chrome, seats, dash, windows, everything. Except for the rolling chassis. I am going with a Small Block Chevy for the drive train.

trularin 07-31-2009 08:02 AM

Another way might be to buy the entire unfinshed kit and see what it would take to finish it.

You could be on the road in time for London next year.

:D

to chevy lover

Why would you want a small block chevy in a Cobra.
It will only embarrass you when a ford powered cobra kicks your butt.
When I go to a car show and see a chevy engine in a cobra I just say hell-noand keep walking

tcrist 07-31-2009 10:28 AM

YIKES!!!! Not the Chevy-Ford debate again:eek:.

FUNFER2 07-31-2009 10:48 AM

I agree, I've even seen a Hemi,.....in a Cobra.
In a Hot Rod I don't care but in a cobra, go Ford.

trularin 07-31-2009 12:15 PM

Guys, guys...GUYs!!!

I am sure it was a mistake.

Do you really want a cheby in that cobra??? Was it drugs? Closed head injury? WHat is wrong here?????
