That unknown piece....... Had to think about that one for a minute??????? IS............
for the original Heater/Defroster unit. Which by the way I HOPE your NOT using.?
If your motor does all kinds of wacky idling when it is started, that is the first sure sign of a vacuum leak. Take a can of WD-40 when it is running, spray around the base of the car, ALL vacuum lines including the Booster. IF any have a leak the motor will immediately go into a higher and smother RPM.
