Ray we got our first snow on the 10th (4 inches) so i think winter has come early. Building a big oven shouldnt be that hard its the heating the thing that would be the challenge and maintaining that heat for a period of time, dont some of the temps need to be in the 500 degree range? that would take a lot of power to run something like that. Didnt SMUD close Rancho Seco........
