Calling all Arkansas cobra replica owners
As was suggested, I'm posting a question trying to see if there are any local owners, local being Little Rock AR, that might be interested in being contacted for a future gathering. Let me know as I'll do the coordinating. Thanks. |

Count me in! Anytime! Unless it's raining.I know there is a number of Cobra owners in the area, just haven't had much luck getting anyone together to cruise with.

Alrighty then... that's one taker. Thanks for the reply, Infletcher. I realize this is the wrong time of the year but I thought if we start planning now and get a few members on the list we can build a head of steam. When the nice weather breaks out it will be easier to plan something. For now we'll play it by ear... more to come! Can't wait! |

 Great Flyboy!
OK, I think the best thing to do at this point is PM me with a way to contact you and when the time comes, I'll be in touch. If anyone has another idea for coordinating, by all means chime in! Thanks.

Looking forward to seeing a number of cobras lined up! Should be an impressive sound too! We should make a video to put on youtube. I'm getting a vision already :-)

Please keep me posted. But, unfortunately my car is probably a good 8 or 9 months from being on the road.

Thanks for the reply's all. Think we can build some momentum here. Will need to keep getting email addresses I think. My son suggested Facebook, which I'm on, and can use but don't know about everyone else. What I'll wind up doing I think is sending out an email and/or make some phone calls before a weekend where the weather looks good and just announce to anybody interested a time and place for a meet and greet. We can then take off for a "tour". I'm thinking a good palce to meet might be near Pinnacle mtn. Other suggestions welcome. Really looking forward to "making some noise"..... in a subdued kinda way :-) !!!! Last edited by kniteridr60; 12-27-2010 at 06:12 AM..

				 3 more...
There are at least 3 up here in NWA. Ours, a Unique 289 FIA, an FFR, and a Superformance are also in the area. All were at the Bikes, Blues, and Hot Rods Too show last fall. Keep posting activities!

I suggest keeping it here instead of Facebook. I have been included in a number of other groups outings because it was posted on this site and have been very grateful. |

I'm not in Arkansas, but cruise with a few of these guys and had a great time. Does Arkansas have a club? If not, maybe you could get the admin of this site to create a sub-forum for you. We are thinking of making a return trip to NW Arkansas later this spring or fall, schedule is filling up fast.
BTW - stay away from Flyboy, he is trouble |

OK, so I am building on a spreadsheet Infletcher gave me (thanks, In!) and thus far I have 12 names but only four email addresses and three phone numbers. If you'd like to be contacted in the future for a "meet and run", please pm me with your email address at a minimum. I'll respond to you from my email so you know there's no funny business on my part. Please, I'd love to make this happen with as many cobra guys in the area as possible. I GUARANTEE it will be an assembly not soon forgotten by innocent bystanders and a lot of fun to be a part of! Last edited by kniteridr60; 01-21-2011 at 03:19 PM..

You might want to cruise down to the Keith Craft Performance Engines open house March the 11th and 12th if the weather is nice enough. We are located in Arkadelphia, Ar if you guys would like to come down that Friday or Saturday.
 Thanks, Keith Craft

String of nice weather forcast for Central AR. I just sent an email to six of you locals for a "meet and run" on Saturday. Can't wait. Hope you can make it! If you didn't get the email, PM me for instructions. Looking forward to it. |
