Default G'day from New Zealand

I am down in Ashburton, NZ, welcome to CC.
Have built 2 Almacs, also owned the Gulf coloured Almac BBC car Bevan in Wellington has.
Now building a UK RamSC with scratch built IRS etc for mainly racing and some road use. The Almac is a great kit and the guys there did a good job getting the body shape from photos. The Ram car is a lot more like an original with much narrower radiator opening and tailights are 4" closer together which gives the rear guards more shape and curve, but having imported this body I have had to get a major twist out of it and other issues which have resulted in practically years of work, good luck with your mission!

G'day Ant,

Two Almacs and a Ram! Mate - good on ya! I've admired Almacs for a long time - somewhere I still have the article for the one reviewed in Kitcar. I've got the front wing from a crashed one that I got from a mate who worked a summer with them about 18 years ago...can't bring myself to chuck it out. Thanks for the support - hopefully I am not being too ambitious...
