Default Superformance headed to Oregon

I've been lurking on Club Cobra for years and I figured it was time for a post. I've had a NW Exotics/LA Exotics, B&B Cobra for about ten years now and just bought a Superformance roller. Should be here the weekend of the 29th. Planning on a 393/TKO 600 package. Should be a lot of fun.

Where do you live in Hillsboro? My place isn't too far from Hare Field/ Poynter Middle School.

Bob-
I'm in the Baseline/Cornelius Pass area. The Superformance with a top, wipers and heater should be the perfect Cobra for Oregon. I plan to spend a little less time working this year and a little more time having fun.

Welcome aboard. I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy the ride.
Keep an eye on the NW Cobra Club here on CC and the Northwest Factory Five Forum at http://www.ffcars.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=28 for things to do. Pretty dormant right now but we'll be coming out of hibernation in a couple of months and things will pick up.
Take a look at Cascade Cobras at http://www.cascadecobras.com/ for a slightly structured organization if that's what you're looking for. Cascade Cobras uses the NW FFR forum referenced above as their message board. The meetings are usually the second Saturday of the month. Stop by and say hello. During the season a lot of local weekend runs are arranged on the FFR site. Even without my "travel to" events I put a couple of thousand miles a season on my ERA. There are a number of other Superformance owners in the club if you have questions about the car as you go along.
The top and windshield wipers are good to have in this neck of the woods as a security blanket. I try to drive around the heavier rain but when I can't the top is a welcome addition.
Again, welcome I look forward to seeing another toy in the mix.
DonC
