Default New guy in Connecticut

Hello everyone. New ERA owner here after spending the better part of last year building my 427 SC. Love it and hoping for some good driving weather soon. Wife said do it. I did. She loves it too. God bless I chose a good woman. Say hello to me anytime and I'm looking forward to meeting all you folks on here.

Welcome. Wish I would be around longer. I'm originally from East Haddam, and I love driving in CT. You should pay attention to what Jay at Vintage Motorsports is doing so you can meet more drivers. Might be worth a visit even if you're ever stuck and need a mechanic outside of what the ERA home shop offers. They know cobras well and are super friendly. We all admire the ERA cars.

Thank you both. Registered and about 500 miles on it. I finished it last Sept. and John at ERA was perfect at getting me thru DMV. took two tries due to my stupid errors, but running great and fun to drive. BIG learning curve on the driving as my last "fun car" was in 1972, but taking it slow and loving every mile.

Hey Murky:
The weather is looking good for tomorrow (Saturday). I can be at Billy's on Route 63 anytime mid-day. You can show off the ERA.

Bob

Cobra446, I'm in Farmington, right next to ERA. Sorry I got here too late to cruise today, but maybe tomorrow afternoon. Thanks for the offer Bob.
