Default 5 Axis CNC router services

Hey guys,

I'm in the process setting up a new 5 axis cnc routering shop in Brighton Colorado. My new machine will have a table size of 5'x5' with a Z axis of 30". With this machine we will be able to cut almost anything you can image. My father-in-law has had a tremendous amount of work in southern California and now plans to gain work in the Midwest and beyond. If you have a 3D CAD model file and need to have that transferred to a wood or foam model we can do that for you. We have completed work for major companies including Sony, Lassco, Disney Land, Jay Leno, Snap-on Tools, and many more. We will have the capability to cut the most challenging 3D model, to the simplest 2D design. If you need a custom part cut so you can create a fiberglass mould we can do that. Or if you have a product that needs to be a full scale model to make a aluminum casting out of so it can be mass produced, we will be able to help you complete that. We will also be venturing into the 3D sign market and also Custom Cabinet doors. Basically, we are looking for anyone who will be requiring this type of work. Please feel free to contact me at 303-907-8646 if you have any questions, or you may reply to this posting as well. I figure all you guys here have had an idea or two for a custom part for your Cobras...I know I have. Send me a CAd model of your idea and I will see what I can do to help you out!

You got a way of transferring image files into CAD or machine code?

I'd like to have some custom valve covers made with my logo on them...

we could cut a full scale model of the valve cover out of tooling board, then cast it in aluminum.

If you know somebody with Mastercam, you can do that relatively easy. It may be an option in the software, but I have done it many times. We used to take a picture of a Coke bottle and make a 3D model out of the .jpg file and run them on machines at demo shows.
