Hey guys. Above my vents is a 427 plate that has the elegant motors inc. Logo. Some browsing reveals that the company was sold and bought under a couple people and the dead end is at classic city motors. Which is not in business any longer.
Being that I have an elegant kit. Does anyone know a place for parts. Or specs at least. Any info would help
I owned an Elegant Motors Cobra for a few years. Mine looks quite a bit different than yours. Mine had the round tube frame with Mustang II front and Corvette C4 rear. 428 FE. Single hole bumper posts and 90" wheel base.

I've noticed you have the correct bulkhead, whereas mine kind of just "rolls" over, also you have a small fender lip, do you think these attributes would rule out the possibility of an elegant mot body?
As far as I know I have a 90+" wheelbase, the doors are a bit longer, door handles and it doesn't have the Lemans style gas cap. It's just a simple tank in the trunk. Not sure what frame I'd have but il get some pics asap
... doing great! - we only put on 1,300 miles or so last year... we hope to do much more this year! ... I'd like to find a soft top that will fit; also a larger fuel tank... people roll their windows down at stoplights to hear this thing idle; it's unreal... thanks for doing such a great build!
