Default Just bought my dream car.

Some of you guys might not think much of my cobra but I love it. It’s a Lone Star Classic. According to Brian it was the 210th one that they built. Built in 1991, 351W, Tremec 3550 5 speed.

drumgene,
Welcome and congratulations. Like mine, your car may not be as cool as a $3 million original, but its still cooler than what 99.9999% of everyone else drives. You'll discover that every time you stop for gas and draw a crowd. ... Drive safe. These cars are very unforgiving to the careless and those who overestimate their driving skills.

Congratulations and you won't have to worry about people not thinking much of your Cobra. Just enjoy it and have fun and as the others said, you will always have a group around it asking questions.

Ron

Nothing wrong with your LS from my perspective. Yes, you'll get lots of attention whether rolling, gassing up or, well, anywhere.

I trust you're prepared for the "is it real" or "is it original" question. If not, start rehearsing your script.

Enjoy it and be careful out there.

A cobra is kind of like a wife, it does not matter what others think of her looks as long as you love her, but believe me when your driving any cobra people will think your married to Cindy Crawford...

Congrats on a great Cobra. I've had my LS for 12 years now and couldn't be happier.
