Default Newbie in Roswell, GA

Although I've been hanging out in Club Cobra for some time (to educate myself on the science and art of Cobra replicas) I am now a proud owner of a Unique Motorcars 427SC and loving the experience! I hope to participate in the Atlanta Caffeine & Octane shows and in other car shows around the area.

Conrant's and Welcome to the crazy world of Cobras. Sounds like you did your homework to be one of the "smart" first time buyers. What drivetrain do you have? As other's will say, these cars are like nothing else you'll every experience. Many miles of fun ahead. As you know the "Club" is here for you, Cheers Tom.

Congratulations and welcome to the site. That is a nice looking Cobra that you have there and you have a lot of fun ahead. Just take it easy until you get used to the car.

Congrats! Really nice good looking Cobra.

The Weavers are great people to deal with and you are pretty close
to Gadsden for a visit.

Thanks for the welcome! My car has a 406ci FE with a 4-speed top loader trans. Nothing particularly fancy or super-powerful but it just looked and felt "right" to me in terms of what I was looking for in a Cobra 427SC. Been on my bucket list for many, many years!

Thanks, Jeff. Yes on the Weavers – Alan has already responded to a couple of messages about questions I had.

I live in Roswell and own a black cobra. Litchfield subdivision. Never seen yours around here

Black car with white stripe. You have speed jacks and mine has the bumpers but pretty close looking

Drive it every day the weather permits

I'm in downtown Roswell, near Canton St. My Cobra looks black in photos but is actually a very dark indigo blue, with white stripes. I've only had it a few weeks.

Let's meet up somewhere in Roswell and exchange notes - any dry day!

Welcome! I too live in Roswell (in Litchfield as well...I second the warning to be careful - especially in the colder weather (tires)!

You guys be sure to look up the GA Cobra Club on Facebook. There are so pretty active guys in the Atlanta area that love to get together. This past year a few did the Rides to Remember along with Caffiene and Octane. The plan is to do more events, cruises, etc next year.

I'm sort of retired so I have plenty of time to meet. Mon, Tue and Wed are looking dry.
