The frame is neither round nor square, its welded and rectangular. Straight axle, 90" wheel base, and the body is.. not.. metal...can't remember who said it was "composite?"
|
It must be another "Brent Cobra"

Brent??? WTF?
|
Sorry... Brent is the founder of this site and for several years he tried to identify his first Cobra...all the oldtimers here tried to help but I don't think he ever identified it... Thus a "Brent Cobra"

Post some well-lit pics of the firewall (both sides) in the engine compartment. It has a wider-looking rollbar; the rear flares seem to extend out like an ERA; the fender louvers sre different than the NAFs I have seen.
Are the brake and clutch reservoirs visible and together?

Here's some other pictures of the "mystery" Cobra posted by a guy who was looking to buy the car. Similar angles and ultra close-ups...no wide shots.

Still curious about where it came from and who, etc..

I've been swamped and haven't had a chance to visit A&C. I'm going to be out and about this afternoon and will swing by to see what they have to say. I'll post this evening.

65whatthe,
Have you had a chance to take/post any additional pictures? All of the pics that you and Kjbagg posted look the same?
