Default Help Needed Kar Kraft Detroit

Hello

I am trying to make contact with any one who worked on the shop floor
in 1966.

As I understand it, please correct me if I am wrong, Kar Kraft was an independant company set up by Ford to assist them in their racing program specializing in preparing cars for Can Am, Le Mans etc.

There are known "ex Kar Kraft" employees known to some here and elsewhere on the web....However, without more details than "I need to make contact with", you are not going to get anyone to divulge personal information like what you are asking for just because you did ask......

Hello Bill
I am trying to research the history behind Mario Andretti 1966
Kar Kraft Lola T70.

I believe the car went through Kar Kraft in the mid to late 1966 as an experimental/prototype car incorporating an FE engine with auto transmision.

Do you have a chassis number ? Feel free to PM me and I'll forward it on to someone who may know it (or not).
