Talking New Here kinda

I have been a member here to many years just lurking in the shadows. I was registered years ago as Faro. I ran into a lot of computer problems and switched ISP's a few times. So Not being able to remember the correct password I took the easy route and just signed up again.
I also have been a fan of these cars since I first watched them race in 1968
at our local autocross event.
I Have been a car guy since my teens. I have had some sort of custom car since I was 15 years old. I finally decided I better not put off getting a Cobra any longer. Like most people my age I watched enough of my IRA's shrink that I just decided hey if its leaving I may as well get me something for my money.
When I got the bug bad I bought a Cobra off E-Bay. If I wasn't a man of my word I would have not payed the crook for the car. It is destined to become a Rat Rod. To my good fortune the next week I found a Classic Roadster kit just 6 miles away. I purchased it also. The wife? Sure she was pissed at the second car. She felt we needed to buy her one of them fancy adjustable beds. I did too just then. So in the span off 10 days I picked up two Cobras+bed for the price of a quality roller. Now the wife smiles and I do Too.

48Ford,
Welcome, brouse on over to the Classic Roadster forum. Lodes of info there. If you have the time, read capteddies (the other ed) build thread. Its a long one but a worth while read.
Again, welcome to CC "again".
You might be able to get Jamo or Ron to look up your other information and be able to use it again.

Terry

Smile Hello

48Ford
I notice you live in Lexington, Tenn. ? Shaun Ramsey lives in Cifton and Jack Long lives in Lawrenceburg. We have 12 in Florence, Ala. and 10-15 in Huntsville/Decatur. Maybe you could join us one Friday night. We meet every Friday night and eat somewhere. Of course we go to car shows, cruises and just road trips. Please email me if you would like to join us sometime.
