Blood, lots of sweat, and lots of cursing. I placed it on a floorjack nose up turned 90 deg (axles parallel to the 4" tubes). My wife manned the floor Jack while I maneuvered it in place. As she raised the unit, I slowly turned the unit until it pointed towards the front, still turned. Then when it cleared the cage, I turned it to the correct position. After that I just put the hardware and rear mount (which required surgery to clear the ribs on the aluminum case) on. Took two hours and the garage was 96F
