Default Do I need a car rack?

Can you justify getting a car rack to complete the build on a ERA roller? I don't know how much time is to be expected under the car, which would eliminate a lot of bending and up/down motion.

The two post style for about $2,000 looks like it leaves the floor open and jack points can be adjusted to suit the car.

Need one? No one needs one, but I wouldn't give up mine willingly. It sure takes most of the effort out of working under any car. Here's a shot of my Studebaker on my 7,000# Rotary Lift. It's outside, but that's OK, since middle age and laziness mean that I don't even work in the garage in inclement weather. Even if I'm not working under the car, the lift earns it's keep by raising the car up so that I can work standing or sitting instead of bent over.
