Oh! I do remember that one, but that isn't the one that went for 35.5K and took awhile. I really thought about that one, that fellow was also local and hadsome heath reasons I think which is a bummer. But hell, I figure if I can convince my wife that 35k is just as well sitting in a Superformance (I think it is, if not better off) than in some bank or low yield CD I can pull it off.....
